Any request for a refund, in full or in part, must be submitted in writing and specify in detail the specific reason(s) for any such request.  Refunds are generally not available. Client without the consent of Company may not cancel.  Client may cancel their services and apply fees paid under their agreement to one or more of the services offered by the Company.  We highly recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues with your services.
